Business Development Executive
Drive growth and institutional adoption for 13Y Innovations products (CCMS, PRELYF, and Janu Trading Academy). You will establish strategic partnerships with coaching academies, educational institutions, and career centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard coaching institutes and academies onto our Unified Coaching Career Management Software (CCMS).
- Build and maintain relationships with educators, career mentors, and institutional decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, manage client pipelines, and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to relay user feedback and market requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, EdTech, software business development, or institutional outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a high-ownership mindset and passion for education technology.
AI / ML Engineer
Architect and deploy intelligent automation pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and personalized recommendation algorithms across the ED-Care Tech ecosystem (including PRELYF career counselling AI and CCMS automation).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) workflows, agentic chains, and semantic search systems.
- Build ML-driven personalized career mapping and psychometric guidance models for PRELYF.
- Implement automated batch workflows, document analysis, and conversational AI interfaces.
- Optimize model inference speed, cost, and reliability in cloud and edge production environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Gemini/Claude APIs, vector embeddings).
- Experience building production APIs (FastAPI, Next.js API routes) and deploying on cloud infrastructure.
Full Stack Engineer
Develop responsive, high-performance web applications and backend microservices powering 13Y Innovations platforms (CCMS, PRELYF, and financial education engines) with modern TypeScript and React/Next.js architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable, modular frontend interfaces using React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and CSS systems.
- Design performant backend REST and WebSocket APIs, database schemas, and state management layers.
- Ensure 100% responsiveness, accessibility, high Core Web Vitals, and robust security protocols.
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, CI/CD pipeline automation, and production releases.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL.
- Solid understanding of frontend performance, UI/UX aesthetics, state management, and modern CSS.
- Experience with Git, Docker, cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare Workers), and API security.
